The owner of VB Coffee Consulting, Mr. Vasilis Bekiaris deals with the subject of coffee since 1987. His first encounter with the coffee business is when he started working as a barista at the famous da Cappo coffee shop in the prestigious Kolonaki area in down town Athens, there he came up with the idea to top off cold espresso also known as freddo with cold milk cream hereby creating the to all popular freddo cappuccino.
After managing the shop for several years he created his own coffee company importing coffee from Italy to Germany and also became the exclusive importer of Portiolli coffee in Greece. In 2006 he established Easy Espresso, a coffee company which provides homes, businesses and large companies with economical and quality coffee solutions, in order for the costumers to enjoy quality coffee in their own space.
Mr.Bekiaris has owned several coffee shops, including the easy espresso bar –italian style chain and has offered his consulting services to several successful coffee businesses in Greece and the US.
His passion for coffee has driven him to create VB Coffee Consulting so coffee shop owners and costumers alike can have a fulfilling coffee experience.
